After years on the world's robotics arenas — including two seasons with Team India at the FIRST® Global Challenge (FGC®) — Sai Pranav Gandhi asks what really makes a sport, and whether the young people who design, build and compete with robots have already earned a place in the world of sport.

In sport, we call this being an athlete. Perhaps that is the most interesting question this book raises — must an athlete always be the person physically moving across the field, or can that same spirit live in the person who thinks, decides, creates, and performs under pressure?
